Healing is not a fixed formula.
It is a living practice shaped by your nervous system, environment, lived experience, and embodied awareness.
The Approach
Genuine transformation is multidimensional. The Niara Approach bridges the mind, body, and nervous system with the version of you that is ready to emerge. Our methodology integrates traditional psychotherapy with neurosomatic tools to treat the whole person.
You are guided through a profound reclamation of self using three core pillars:

The Niara Approach bridges the mind, body, and nervous system with the version of you that is ready to emerge.
Care integrates traditional psychotherapy with neurosomatic tools to treat the whole person.
You are guided through a profound reclamation of self using three core pillars:
01 / Motherhood as Transformation
The Threshold.
Honors the psychological reorganization of becoming a mother through fertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and matrescence.
02 / Somatic Coherence
The Return to Center.
Builds nervous-system steadiness, emotional capacity, and the ability to stay connected to yourself through stress and transition.
03 / Future-Self Integration
The Embodiment.
Turns insight into lived alignment so your choices, boundaries, and daily rhythms reflect the woman you are becoming.

Meet Emily
I’m Emily Noack, LCSW, PMH-C, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon specializing in therapy for women and mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and other significant life transitions.
Let's face it, there are moments in life when it becomes essential to place yourself back on the priority list. The way you make meaning of your experience, show up in your relationships and parenting, and speak to yourself when no one else is listening can shape the foundation for what comes next.
Therapy offers a trusted space dedicated to you — a place where your experience can be explored with care, depth, and intention. Using an integrative approach, we attend to the cognitive, emotional, relational, and somatic dimensions of your life as you move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and connection. It is a true honor to work alongside you.
