Meet Emily Noack LCSW, PMH-C
Founder & Therapist
Welcome. I am Emily Noack, LCSW. As a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, early parenthood, and major life transitions, I hold the individuals I work with in high regard as they undergo profound transformation. The clients who find their way to me are often thoughtful, capable, and highly self-aware, yet they are navigating an external circumstance or inner tension that has left them feeling anxious, depleted, or disconnected from themselves.
For more than 15 years, I have worked within the mental health system, supporting individuals and families through vulnerable, high-stress periods of life. Having practiced in both hospital and community-based settings, my work has included acute psychiatric and eating disorder care, family transitions, birth and perinatal trauma recovery, and the profound identity shift of matrescence. Over time, through advanced clinical training, deep client work, and my own lived experience, I came to realize a fundamental truth: As multidimensional beings, we cannot heal through cognitive insight alone. When we only address the mind, we leave the body, the nervous system, and the spirit behind.
This understanding led me to develop Quantum CBT™—an integrative therapeutic framework that brings together evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy, autonomic nervous-system regulation, interoception, somatic coherence, and aligned future-self embodiment. In our work together, we don’t just manage symptoms on a surface level. We explore how deep, repetitive cognitive patterns impact your physiological well-being, clear away subconscious barriers, and build a precise roadmap to help you restore genuine inner alignment and resilience.
A core tool we utilize is The Coherence Blueprint™, which serves as the signature multidimensional map within the Quantum CBT™ framework. It helps clients clearly track how their nervous system responses, body signals, core beliefs, environment, emotions, and actions interact. Through this collaborative mapping process, we identify where physiological and emotional coherence is already present, where protective patterns are keeping you stuck, and what needs to shift for a more aligned, healthy pattern to become possible.
My therapeutic approach is warm, direct, intuitive, and deeply practical. My role is to help you decode the intelligence of your own mind-body architecture and rebuild from the nervous system up. Over time, this work supports your return to self-trust — not as a passing feeling, but as an ongoing, integrated reality.
