How to Begin

1. Contact
Reach out by email, phone, or text to inquire about services and share what kind of support you’re looking for. Online therapy is available to adults age 21 and older who are physically located in Oregon at the time of each session.

2. Consultation
We’ll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, answer initial questions, and determine fit.

3. Intake Forms
If services are offered, you’ll receive access to the secure client portal to complete required forms before your first appointment.

4. Scheduling
After your forms are reviewed, we’ll schedule your initial appointment and send a secure telehealth link by email.

5. Initial Appointment
Your first session includes a clinical assessment, discussion of your current concerns, relevant history, and initial therapy goals.

6. Ongoing Therapy
Ongoing sessions are scheduled based on your needs and clinical goals and are provided through secure telehealth.

Referrals
If your needs would be better supported by another provider or level of care, referral options will be offered whenever possible.
