Postpartum Planning

In a focused session to prepare for the fourth trimester, we may cover:

  • Visitors and boundaries that support recovery

  • Rest and sleep expectations for you and your household

  • Food, hydration, and simple systems for daily care

  • Feeding options and the pressure or expectations around them

  • Parenting roles, division of labor, and household responsibilities

  • Changes in your partner relationship and intimacy

  • 15-minute consult — Free phone consultation and time for questions

  • Initial session — Review of concerns, relevant history, supports, and goals

  • Ongoing sessions — Weekly or biweekly 50-minute telehealth sessions

  • Care coordination — Optional collaboration with your providers, with your consent

  • Ongoing review — Treatment is adjusted as needs and circumstances change
