In a focused session to prepare for the fourth trimester, we may cover:

Initial session — Review of concerns, relevant history, supports, and goals
Ongoing sessions — Weekly or biweekly 50-minute telehealth sessions
Care coordination — Optional collaboration with your providers, with your consent
